Job description

Key tasks

As a Conference Host you will be responsible for day-to-day running of the conference rooms, including assisting delegates with any requirements they may have. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our standards are properly delivered for the coffee breaks and lunches, as well as ensuring the meeting rooms are properly set-up for the day`s meetings.The role is a mixture of office and operational tasks such as working on Computer, Conference break set-ups, ensuring smooth running of the conferences and breaks are sully set up with the requested food and beverages.
