Job Description

· Showcase your passion for people and luxury hospitality, managing the operations of seamless events in a 5-star hotel with a French zest
· Manage and coordinate all aspects of conference, event, and banqueting operations with a hands on approach
· Liaise with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life on the day of the event and expectations exceeded
· Lead, train, and inspire your team to succeed with everything they do, while fostering a positive team environment
· Oversee the operations of events, ensuring attention to detail at all stages
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
· Experience managing and operating events from start to finish, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
· An inspiring leader, with experience rostering and managing an events team
· Exceptional emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills and communication
· High level of organisation and time management
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
· Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite
· Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple events
