Job Description

 

We want a collaborative + caring + quirky Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our diverse team on a full-time basis. We see this person as being an experienced food and beverage professional; able to assist with day to day operations; willing to coach the team to ensure the delivery of best value quality service; and contribute to a collaborative and caring working environment. 

In addition, we need someone with:

·  The flexibility to work a variety of hours, including nights, weekends and holidays (but if you can't work all the above, please still apply)
·  Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
·  A commitment to being both team + guest obsessed. 

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar environment with a minimum of 1-year supervisory experience 

·  Presents themselves in a professional manner with impeccable grooming.
·  Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
·  Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all guests and staff
·  Understanding of or willingness to learn, local and international cuisines, wines, and mixology
·  Outstanding time management and communication skills, both written and verbal
·  A happy and enjoyable team player
