Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering impeccable service in a luxurious setting? Sofitel London St James invites enthusiastic individuals to join our prestigious team as Conference & Banqueting Waiting Staff. You'll play a key role in ensuring memorable experiences for our guests during conferences, banquets, and special events.

Responsibilities:

·  Provide top-notch service to guests attending conferences, banquets, and events.
·  Set up and maintain event spaces to meet our high standards of presentation.
·  Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient and timely service.
·  Serving of meals, beverages, and refreshments during events.
·  Manage the flow of service to maintain a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
·  Clear and reset tables efficiently, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
·  Anticipate and address guests' needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
·  Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
·  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
·  A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
·  You must be entitled to work in the UK.
