Job description

Key tasks

You are responsible for the organisation and the quality of events organised for customers by the Banqueting department.
Your job is to - Follow the restaurant activity within your department - Manage reservation schedules - Participate in drawing up your department's annual budgets - Create and manage your action plan to reach achieve your budget - Find new leads and participate to our guest weekly events and sales actions.
