Job Description

As a Conference and Events Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for quoting and contracting our onsite events and maintaining client relationships throughout. With a passion for hospitality and a sharp eye for detail, you’ll bring client visions to life through tailored proposals and inspiring site inspections. By collaborating with internal teams and building strong client relationships, you’ll ensure every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

Your day-to-day will include:

·  Creating personalised quotes and proposals, and following up to confirm and secure bookings.
·  Partnering with Conference & Event coordinators to ensure every element is perfectly planned.
·  Organising and leading site inspections that inspire confidence and excitement in our spaces.
·  Collaborating with the Director of Sales to develop compelling event collateral such as conference kits and promotional content.
·  Maintaining strong, professional client relationships through clear communication and accurate database management.
·  Working closely with departments across the hotel to guarantee seamless planning and flawless execution of each event.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who:

·  Has prior experience in sales within the hospitality industry (preferred).
·  Holds a tertiary degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field (preferred).
·  Possesses strong client engagement skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and convert leads into successful events.
·  Communicates effectively, with the confidence to present proposals and interact with clients at all stages.
·  Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills to manage deadlines and event coordination seamlessly.
·  Pays meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every quote, contract, and event preparation is accurate and precise.
