Our esteemed hotel is centrally located in Cairns City. Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 18 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services. We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and passionate Guest Service Agent to join our exceptional front office team, ensuring our guests receive the highest level of hospitality and care.

Job Description

Delivering a 5-star experience every step of the way

As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will set the standard for excellence by providing warm, genuine, and attentive hospitality throughout their stay. You will be the epitome of personalized guest service, providing exceptional experiences for each guest.

With your expertise in local knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to hospitality excellence, you will ensure that every guest feels like nothing is too difficult, from the moment they arrive until their departure. Your ability to anticipate needs, offer insider recommendations, and curate bespoke experiences will be key in delivering a memorable stay.

·  A positive attitude and professionalism, with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
·  Extensive local knowledge of attractions, dining, and entertainment options, with a flair for making personalized recommendations.
·  Arrange bespoke experiences such as private tours, spa bookings, and personalized transportation services.
·  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with guests of all backgrounds.
·  Ability to multitask across Front Office, luggage management, transportation and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
·  Exceptional problem-solving skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail.
·  Professional demeanour, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
