Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will:

1. Ensure Secretarial Compliances and necessary reporting/filings.
2. Maintain Statutory records and MIS.
3. Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders.
4. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
5. Manage Contract Database.

6.Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations.
7. Contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills.
8. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
 

Qualifications

- Qualification: All groups cleared
- Duration: 21 months training
