Job Description

·  Organise and deliver outstanding food and service
·  Prepping for conferencing and a la carte
·  Food preparation and presentation as per guidelines
·  Complete parts of the food control plan
·  Check all food is stored and handled as per the food control plan
·  Washing dishes
·  A flexible approach in adapting to guests needs
·  Part time - 30 hours

Qualifications

·  Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
·  Completed Level 4 or above in Professional Cookery
·  A passion for food & culinary arts
·  Team Player
·  Time management and work efficiently
·  Ability to work 7 days a week on varying shifts including weekends and public holidays
·  Physically fit, reliable and punctual
