Job Description

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Commis Chef in Liverpool, United Kingdom! We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to assist in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Commis Chef, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and contributing to our commitment to culinary excellence.

·  Assist in preparing high-quality dishes for various outlets, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting events
·  Maintain impeccable food presentation standards, ensuring each dish is prepared and served to perfection
·  Adhere to strict food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times
·  Efficiently manage kitchen stock and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring proper storage
·  Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and organized workflow
·  Support senior chefs in daily food preparation tasks and special culinary projects
·  Contribute creative ideas for menu development and dish improvements
·  Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift
·  Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in multiple kitchen areas as needed
·  Participate in ongoing culinary training and skill development programs

Qualifications

·  Foundational understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
·  Strong passion for providing exceptional food service and eagerness to learn
·  Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene standards
·  Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
