Job Description

·  Keep every plate as stunning as it is delicious, following top-tier food health & hygiene standards to create dishes that look and taste exceptional
·  Champion a spotless, organized workspace that supports both creativity and efficiency
·  Take ownership of your assigned station, ensuring smooth, productive, and high-energy shifts that keep the team flowing
·  Bring your best to each dish, from preparing ingredients for the breakfast buffet to cooking standout a la carte and room service meals
·  Work hand-in-hand with our culinary leaders and teammates, jumping in wherever you’re needed to help our team thrive

Qualifications

You will be:

·  Experienced in the culinary field, ideally within a 4-5 star hotel or fine dining setting (minimum 3+ years preferred).
·  Passionate about culinary trends, quality presentation, and meeting the standards of a premier establishment
·  Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, with a commitment to teamwork
·  Skilled in the preparation of high-quality dishes with adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols
·  Eager to innovate, collaborate, and grow within a high-performing kitchen team
