Job Description

· 
Provide support to the kitchen team during daily operations

· 
Assist chefs in food preparation processes

· 
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

· 
Help with proper storage of food ingredients

· 
Work in accordance with hygiene and food safety standards

· 
Support the service team when needed

· 
Ensure proper and safe use of kitchen equipment

· 
Assist chefs in the preparation and presentation of meals

· 
Help with stock control and sourcing of kitchen supplies

· 
Clean and maintain kitchen tools and utensils

Qualifications

· 
Associate degree or bachelor's degree graduate

· 
Degree from Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Culinary (Vocational School), Gastronomy and Culinary Arts (Vocational School), or Ready Food and Culinary (Vocational School) programs

· 
Able to adapt to on-site working conditions

· 
Knowledgeable about hygiene rules and preferably trained in food hygiene

· 
Strong communication skills and a good team player

· 
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· 
Detail-oriented and responsible

· 
Flexible and open to working in shifts or irregular hours
