·  様々な鉄板焼き料理を正確に調理してください。
·  お客様との対話を大切にし、インタラクティブで楽しいダイニング体験を提供します。
·  清潔で整理整頓された調理場を維持し、厳格な食品衛生基準を遵守します。
·  キッチンチームと協力し、新メニューや季節限定メニューの開発
·  在庫を管理し、必要に応じて備品の発注をサポート
·  一貫した料理の品質とプレゼンテーション
·  食事制限やお客様の嗜好に合わせた調理技術
·  スタッフのトレーニングや能力開発プログラムへの参加

資格

·  鉄板焼き調理経験3～5年以上
·  卓越した包丁さばきと鉄板焼きの調理技術
·  日本料理、特に鉄板焼きに関する深い知識
·  食品の安全性と衛生管理に対する深い理解
·  お客様を魅了し、楽しませることができる優れた接客スキル
·  テンポの速い環境で効率的に働く能力
·  チームワークとコミュニケーション能力
·  調理師の学位またはディプロマをお持ちの方
·  食品衛生に関する資格
·  日本語と英語に堪能であること（口頭および筆記）
·  必要に応じて夜間、週末、休日勤務ができる柔軟性
