Key tasks
• Prepared all misc-en-plus
• Assist in all food preparation and help to run the station that he is assigned to efficiently
• Performing simple tasks under close supervision in the kitchen operation
• Guide and coach the subordinates continuously in order to upgrade quality of food and production professionally
• Responsible for minimum wastage and spoilage
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen talents on market list and preparation for functions and events in the hotel

Malaysian Only.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Cooking
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
