Key Responsibilities:

·  Food Preparation : Assist in preparing ingredients and basic dishes as per menu specifications.
·  Cooking Support : Help senior chefs in cooking and plating dishes.
·  Kitchen Hygiene : Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations, utensils, and equipment.
·  Stock Management : Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment of ingredients.
·  Quality Control : Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards to maintain consistency.
·  Compliance : Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

Skills Required:

·  Basic culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
·  Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
·  Good time management and multitasking abilities.
·  Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

·  Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent training.
·  Previous kitchen experience as a Commis 3 or similar role is preferred.
·  Familiarity with health and safety standards in food preparation.
