Job Description
· Managing office of Commercial Head and VP Design and Technical Services, planning itineraries, travel booking, hotel booking, expense claim, staff leave management.
· Calendar management.
· Organizing the work related to travel trade, brand workshops and events like Accor show case
· Maintaining departmental expenses and budget MIS.
· Invoices and bills: End-to-end management of vendor invoices – from raising purchase orders and procuring invoices, to ensuring timely payments.
· Meetings: Organize meetings and video conference calls. Prepare minutes and regularly follow up on action items
· Manage monthly travel cost provisioning (accruals) for and on behalf of the functional leaders
· Collateral Management for the office & regional teams
· Prepare & collate monthly reports
· Attend management meetings as dictated by Commercial Head
Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in business Administration / Master’s in Business Administration.
· Self-motivated and pro-active with a strong work ethic
· Tenacious approach to new challenges
· Highly organised, with the ability to deal with multiple complex topics
· Flexibility to adapt the changing demands of the customer
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
· Ability to make contacts and build networks
· Proficient in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc )
