Job Description

Colleague Outlet in Baghdad, Iraq is seeking a talented and dedicated Chef De Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and efficient service delivery.

·  Manage and operate a designated section of the kitchen, such as sauces, grills, or pastry
·  Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
·  Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
·  Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards in your designated area
·  Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in your section
·  Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
·  Maintain a clean and organized work environment
·  Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the kitchen during service times

Qualifications

 

·  Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar culinary role
·  Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
·  Excellent food preparation and presentation skills
·  Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and tools
·  Valid food safety certification
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
·  Strong time management and organizational skills
