Are you capable to realize the most the turnover for a hotel? Do you like to analyse the hotel results and performances? Then you probably are our new Cluster Revenue Manager for both Sofitel hotels in Brussels : the Sofitel Brussels Le Louise and the Sofitel Brussels Europe!

Function :
As Cluster Revenue Manager you are responsible for the implementation of the RM methods in the Sofitel hotels located in Brussels in order to maximize the turnover in accordance with brand’s marketing, country, area and hotels strategies and customer’s needs. You have all the revenue management processes in place in your hotels. You implement the GM’s strategy on a daily basis, update the planning, quote the groups and alert the GMs, when market deviates from the strategy.
Furthermore you are in charge of helping the hotels to reach and beat their operational turnover budget. In addition you support the GMs in the creation of the strategy (with proper analysis) and work effectively with the implemented revenue management system. Other activities to deal with are the implementation of the strategy, based on the daily recommendations in the distribution channels, as well as the daily check of the system recommendations for sense and provide complementary or revised proposals for optimization.

In this position you report hierarchical to the General Managers in charge of the hotels. Functional you report to the Area Revenue Manager of Accor Hotels BeLux. You work 2 days per week from the hotels and will be based once a week with the RM team at the Support Office in Brussels.

Who are we looking for?
For the function of Cluster Revenue Manager, we are looking for a highly motivated person, with dedicated mind-set to diagnosis and analysis. Someone who can act and react as a business partner and has enough cogency to deal with General Managers. A result minded person, who is social literate and flexible. Of course you can work independently.

In addition you have:

- Some experience as a Hotel RM in a European city is a plus
- Degree in Hotel Management School, or general Business School.
- Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes.
- A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical back ground.
- Analytical tools:
• Excel advanced user (formulas, database, pivot tables)
• Revenue Management System (EZ RMS)
- Speaking and writing fluently in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- A drive to grow and optimize the hotels revenue on an analytical and creative way.
