Job Description
As the Cluster Reservations Manager , you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the reservations team to ensure exceptional service delivery and optimise occupancy rates. Key responsibilities will include:

·  Overseeing reservations operations, including booking processes, group reservations, and room allocation
·  Ensuring guest inquiries and bookings are handled efficiently and courteously
·  Analysing occupancy trends and collaborating with revenue management to maximise room revenue
·  Training, mentoring, and managing the reservations team to achieve performance goals
·  Liaising with front office and sales departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
·  Assisting with VIP and special request arrangements
·  Maintaining accurate records of guest preferences and booking details

You will demonstrate a proactive approach to service and an ability to foster an engaging and positive team environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, along with:

·  Strong leadership and organisational skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
·  Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
·  Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and familiarity with reservations software
·  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
·  A customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing memorable guest experiences
