Job Description

Cluster Reservation Agent

As a Cluster Reservation Agent, you are responsible for :

·  Ensure guest reservation is in order for a flawless guest experience.
·  Arrange itinerary, visas and activities for leisure, corporate & wholesaler’s guests.
·  Respond to enquiries about hotel products and services by telephone, fax and email according to standard guidelines

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

·  College diploma / secondary school education or equivalent qualifications.
·  Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity or preferably in the area of guest services/tele-marketing with past experience of working in the Maldives will be advantage.
·  Excellent reading, writing, oral proficiency in English language, and have knowledge in Opera, proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
