Job Description

·  Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
·  Ensure personalised, efficient, luxury service is provided to all guests.
·  Ensure all Food & Beverage is served according to Club Millésime standards and exceeds the expectations of our guests
·  To initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and to ensure guest satisfaction.
·  Promote a healthy working relationship with all departments in a bid to ensure all possible information is communicated, in the best interests of the guest’s and the hotel’s operations.
·  Liaise with Chef/kitchen brigade to ensure service times are adhered to.
·  Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests’ arriving.
·  Ensure the presentation of Food & Beverage within Club Millésime is of a high, luxury service standard.
·  Be available to personally assist guests and respond promptly to their requirements in line with Sofitel Luxury service expectations.
·  Carry out any additional duties as requested by your supervisor and/or manager

Qualifications

·  Passion for exceptional customer service
·  Developed communication skills with the ability to work independently in a small but collaborative team
·  Attention to the smallest of details with the ability to excel within a luxury brand 
·  Previous food & beverage experience in a premium establishment - highly regarded
