Job Description
You are responsible for managing the restaurant operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience and achieve monthly revenue target. You are required to manage, train and develop your team members and work within all the budgeted guidelines and ensure all P&P and SOPs are being adhered to. You shall be responsible to drive sales to maximize the budgeted revenue and to develop menu with other members of F&B team. You need to ensure communication meetings are conducted.
Qualifications
Diploma in Hotel Management and minimum 3 years of experience in the same capacity with international luxury hotel chains . Able to comply with all Food & Beverage brand standards and meet financial target.
