Job Description
· Liaise with outlet manager and Chef to maintain operating equipment par stock and coordinate inventory.
· Ensure regular cleaning and maintenance schedule.
· Following up all repairs and maintenance order in stewarding area.
· Controlling consumption and proper utilization of chemicals and detergents.
· Enforce efficient loss, breakage, and damage control.
· Prepare annual budget in coordination with RM-F&B.
· Follow up on ordering and delivery of the equipment after approval as well as receive & checking quality, quantity and storage of newly purchased operating equipments.
· Prepare and submit all necessary department's monthly report to the RMM-F&B
· Responsible for training, and development staff according to company standard.
· Control staff scheduling in accordance with business demands of the hotel.
· Conduct daily briefing, periodic communication meeting and inform staff to any up date event occured.
· Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
· Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management
· Report for duty on time wearing clean and complete uniform at all times
· Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
Qualifications
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
· Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
· Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
· Good communication and customer contact skills
· Service oriented with an eye for details
· Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
· Self-motivated and energetic
· Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
