Job Description

We are currently recruiting for skilled and experienced Chefs for our Cibaria Noosa Restaurant located in the heart of Noosa, just steps from Noosa Main Beach.

Qualifications

Requirements

·  Full Australian working rights
·  Good communication skills, attitude, and a team player
·  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and/or completed relevant hospitality studies
·  Ability to keep cool under pressure
·  Understanding of good hygiene practices
·  Positive attitude
·  Excellent attention to detail
·  Excellent grooming standards
·  Passion for providing an exceptional dining experience

Preferred Requirements:

·  Formal hospitality studies completed
·  Food safety supervisor certificate
·  Expertise with fresh pasta making
·  Prior pastry experience
·  Woodfire cooking experience
·  Butchery experience
·  Proficiency in Italian cuisine
·  Venue opening experience
