We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef to lead the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes with creativity, precision, and consistency. The ideal candidate will bring passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· 
Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

· 
Develop and update menus with a focus on creativity, seasonality, and customer preferences.

· 
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and in line with hygiene and safety regulations.

· 
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

· 
Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgets efficiently.

· 
Coordinate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.

· 
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations.(HACCP)

· 
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifiche

· 
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar setting.

· 
In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

· 
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

· 
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

· 
Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.

· 
Culinary degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
