Mercure Alice Springs is seeking Various positions in the Hotel's Commercial kitchen, including: Breakfast Cook, Chef de Partie, Commi Chef, Demi Chef, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, cooks

 

Job Description

·  To be totally responsible for controlling all aspects of daily operation of the kitchen in your section
·  To control the preparation and service of all food from the kitchen ensuring that it meets the  standards set out.
·  To make regular inspection of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
·  To maintain a strict control on all food items issued from the kitchen.
·  To ensure that all orders are prepared according to the instruction on the appropriate check.

Salary: 66,000 - 85,000 (dependant on position)

Qualifications

·  hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF diploma and one year of experience or 3 years experience in a Chef / Cook role
