Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Catering & Events, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

·  Actively support the Conference Services and Catering Managers.
·  Prompt response to client inquiries
·  Comprehensive management of Opera S&C
·  Handle client books and include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenance
·  Create, complete and update Banquet Event Orders, work with Managers and Clients for event details

Qualifications

·  Previous experience in a Sales and Catering department is a plus
·  Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
·  Opera S&C
·  Excellent customer service skills
·  Superior interpersonal skills
·  Result oriented and highly motivated
·  Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
