Job Description

·  Accurately receive and process cash, credit, and debit card payments.
·  Provide correct change to customers.
·  Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
·  Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
·  Answer customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
·  Ensure a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
·  Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
·  Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
·  Follow store policies and procedures.
·  Process returns and exchanges.
·  Handle gift cards and store credit.

Qualifications

·  High school diploma or equivalent.
·  Basic math skills.
·  Strong customer service skills.
·  Ability to work under pressure.
·  Honesty and integrity.
