As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving corporate revenue, uncovering new opportunities, and strengthening client relationships. Your expertise will shape strategies, provide market insights, and enhance the hotel’s presence. With the freedom to bring your own approach, you’ll refine your skills, expand your network, and make a real impact in a supportive and growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

·  A true passion for hotel sales; and the desire to secure new clients and business
·  Previous experience in proactive sales in the hospitality industry; across Corporate.
·  Ability to achieve targeted revenue and other key performance milestones within key market segments while managing competing deadlines
·  Demonstrated and genuine passion for sales, clients and team; reinforcing a positive working environment and culture.
·  Exceptional communication skills
·  Professional Presentation
