Job Description
Are you passionate about data analysis, financial insights, and strategic operations? Join our European Finance team as a Business Analyst supporting Hotel Operations for the Mediterranean and North Africa region (MedNa) .
Based at our Madrid Corporate Office, you’ll work closely with the Operations Management teams across Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece helping to drive performance through accurate forecasting, impactful reporting, and collaborative financial planning.

What will you do?
· Collaborate with VP Operations, General Managers, and Revenue Management teams to support strategic decision-making.
· Contribute to the accuracy and effectiveness of budget and forecast processes across the region.
· Regularly analyze hotel financial results and provide performance insights.
· Produce monthly statistics, monitor closing processes, and ensure data accuracy.
· Participate in business review meetings to analyze KPIs and implement action plans where needed.
Qualifications
Our ideal profile would be:
· At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the hospitality industry.
· A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
· Advanced skills in Excel (including pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, LOOKUPs) and PowerPoint.
· Fluency in both Spanish and English.
· Strong analytical thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
