To create a customer service culture where exceptional customer service prevails and standards are adhered to at all times.
Being a presence on the floor at all peak service times leading by example to ensure visability in order to monitor and coach the team.
To ensure compliance of all aspects of the brand standards.
To implement, monitor, review and challenge the standards of operation to ensure continuous development of the product and service.
