Key tasks

* After training, cooking and serving hot and cold buffet part of the hotel Full Cooked Scottish Breakfast from the kitchen (no direct customer service required)
* Keeping kitchen tidy and clean
* Prepare other cold & hot snacks
* Maintain H&S / Fire Safety and Food Hygiene
* Please note you may need to start as early as 5:00am
* We expect commitment, quality work and high reliability
* Hard working individual who willing to learn
