Job Description
As a Bellman, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:-
Greet and assist guest with their luggage, actively seek verbal feedback from guests, ensure guest requests and queries are responded promptly and adhering to brand standards, handle complaints promptly, take the necessary action and inform Duty Manager for follow-up action where necessary, follow-up with all guests to ensure satisfaction with problem resolution, facilitate a prompt departure for all guests by ensuring their luggage is brought from their rooms when requested or offer assistance when in the lobby, ensure all guests are offered help to make arrangements for transportation and they are invited back and bid fond farewell, manage the storage and organization of guests' luggage in a safe and secure place, ensure lobby appearance to be neat and tidy including public area is cleaned when necessary, knowledge of hotel's facilities and services as well as the brand standards.
Qualifications
Certificate in Hotel Management/Tourism with excellent grooming standards.
