We’re looking for a cocktail-creating, coffee-making, vibe-lifting Bartender with barista skills to shake things up at The Hoxton, Edinburgh.
Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guests needs are anticipated.
We’ve opened our doors in Edinburgh’s charming West End - our very first Hox in Scotland. Set across 11 beautiful Georgian townhouses, we’re home to 214 bedrooms, a lively open lobby and bar, an all-day Italian trattoria Patatino, a retro-inspired cinema, a flexible and super-size event space called The Get Together, and The Apartment – our unique signature spot for meetings, private dinners and memorable gatherings.
Patatino is our all-day Italian trattoria serving fresh pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and all the spritzes and Italian wines you could wish for. Inspired by the glam and romance of the sun-soaked Amalfi coast, it’s a spot for long, joyful meals with friends, where old-school charm meets modern design, with bold colours, cosy corners, and plenty of personality.

What you’ll do…
· Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
· Know your product and systems inside out.
· Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks and coffees to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
· Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
· Be more than a Bartender – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
