Job Description

 

·  Primary running of the bar area service, taking food and drink orders and making drinks upon request
·  Assess guest needs and preferences to make recommendations
·  Have strong knowledge of local New Zealand wine and beer
·  Maintaining a well presented, well stocked and tidy bar area
·  Be part of the guest experience providing amazing customer service  

Qualifications

·  Outgoing personality is essential 
·  A minimum of 1 year experience bartending (hotel environment preferred but not required)
·  Extensive knowledge of both local and international wines and cocktail mixology 
·  A naturally friendly demeanor that makes our guests feel right at home
·  Proven professionalism and high level of grooming
