Job Description

Bartender
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bartender to join Club Privé Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island.

What you will be doing:

·  Have extensive knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
·  Have knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods
·  Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
·  Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
·  Be able to make drink and cocktail recommendations for Guests'
·  Prioritizing responsibilities while under pressure in a fast-paced environment
·  Your experience and skills include:
·  Previous lounge experience preferred
·  Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
·  Highly responsible & reliable
·  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
·  Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
·  Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
·  Ability to speak coherently with a positive tone as well as listening and chatting with customers to create a friendly atmosphere are important in this role
·  Excellent short-term and long term memory is essential for remembering and keeping track of orders.
·  Able to manage stress, while serving multiple customers, and maintain excellent people skills under pressure is essential.

Must be knowledgeable on a wide range of drinks and other beverages

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

·  With minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role in a 5-star hotel
·  Strong problem solving and organisational skills
·  Should be able to communicate well in English
·  Ability to mentor and develop team
