Bar Supervisor @ The Goods Shed Food and Drink Lounge

Some of our duties will be:
1. Takes charge of handling all supervisory and operational matters relating to the Bar section (Food and Drinks)
2. Assists the Guest Services Manager (FB) in supervision and execution of entire beverage production for The Goods Shed
3. To assist & check the quality and preparation of all beverage products and to ensure that they are correctly received, stored, served and prepared according to recipe.
4. To monitor and maintain high standard of quality and speedy service.
5. To strictly adhere to the opening and closing procedures established for the outlet.
6. Assists and oversees training matters for all above mentioned beverage sections.
7. Coordination of all utensils for day to day operation
8. Assistance, supervision and control of sanitation and cleanliness of all beverage sections. Including storage areas, back of the house and refrigerators on daily basis
9. To check and receive all beverage supply, checks par stock and storage.
