Job Description
Responsible for managing all aspects of a banquet or event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service. This position is also responsible for ensuring that all the client’s needs are met and the event runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include;
· Previous 5 star hotel experience is an advantage.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
· Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
