Job Description
The role includes (but not limited to):
· Leading and mentoring a team to execute targeted sales strategies across different markets.
· Ensure client enquiries are responded to promptly with a clear understanding of client needs.
· Represent the hotel at key industry events, tradeshows and networking opportunities.
· Drive conversion focused strategies to secure new business and maximise revenue opportunities.
· Proactively source new business and grow the hotel’s client portfolio with strategic account management plans to foster partnerships.
· Collaborating closely with the hotel’s operational teams to uphold service excellence across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
You will have (but not limited to) the following:
· Previous experience in a sales leadership role and hospitality.
· Experience with developing and executing sales strategies aligned with clear goals.
· Self-motivated, with initiative to drive performance independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High attention to detail and the ability manage multiple priorties and projects.
