Job Description

•To be established Group, Event and Corporate business through plan preparation and execution.

•To be aware of our client's needs, quotes and negotiate prices, confirming by written contracts

•To maintain account and the other business details

•To work closely with the other sections to ensure all details of the contract were delivered and guests depart satisfied

•Build relationships of trust with customers and provide services that exceed their expectations.

•Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

•Previous arrange experience for Event and group required.

•Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications and or relevant computer applications required.

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required

•Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

•Highly responsible & reliable

•Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

•University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
