Our lounge is renowned for its premium shisha offerings, exquisite dining experience, and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.
Job Summary: As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Cyra Botanical Shisha Lounge, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. You will play a key role in managing staff, optimizing service efficiency, and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operational Management: Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
· Staff Supervision: Support in recruiting, training, and managing restaurant staff. Foster a positive work environment and conduct regular performance reviews.
· Guest Relations: Provide exceptional service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
· Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.
· Quality Control: Ensure that food and beverage quality meets our high standards. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
· Financial Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling restaurant expenses, including labor costs and operational costs. Support in preparing reports and analyzing financial performance.
· Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate on implementing promotional activities and special events to drive business and enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-end restaurant or lounge setting.
· Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and inventory management practices.
· Education: Relevant degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
· Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
