Job Description
· To plan and execute the activities of Reservations and to ensure adherence to the standards, policies and procedures of ibis.
· If required by management, to plan and execute the activities of front desk to ensure adherence to the standards, policies and procedures of ibis.
· Guide all Front Office personnel and ensure proper completion of all Reservations & Revenue Management duties, reward and correct if required.
· Is responsible for having all the revenue management processes in place in his/her perimeter. He/she implements the GM’s strategy on a daily basis, updates the planning, quotes the groups and alerts the GM, when market deviates from the strategy
Qualifications
BHM or Bachelor's degree in equivalent filed.
1 - 2 years of experience in executive role or, 1 year of experience in current role.
