Job description

Key tasks

Providing required inputs (participation in tactical campaigns, solicitation for distribution contracts, other ad-hoc requests)
Sharing hotel level requirements/insights
Giving inputs (text/images) to corporate team for animating Key placeholders on the Brands.com e.g. home page banners and offers pages for Novotel.com
Work closely with Social agency to ensure execution is per the Monthly social calendar (Facebook/Instagram).
Inputs (Images/Text) to corporate team for Global E-communication
Develop and maintain relationships with agencies to ensure effective program execution, adherence to strategic direction and timely program measurement.
Metasearch: Content Management on Trip Advisor. Update Offers on Trip Advisor Business Listings (TABL) per a fortnightly calendar
Display Campaigns: Coordinate with agency for timely reporting and monitoring. Give recurring inputs on Creative components
Being updated on Social trends and best practices
Regular OTA audits to ensure adherence to rate parity and implementation of other mandates. Work closely with OTA marketing managers

Total Work experience of 3-4 years
Specific experience of 2-3 years in handling digital operations. PPC/Google Analytics certification will be a plus.
Fair understanding of digital levers specifically Social, Email marketing and Owned Media/Website management
Ability to articulate well
Excel and PowerPoint Skills
High commitment to be able to timely execute regional/global deadlines
