We are seeking a passionate, guest-focused  Assistant Manager (Duty Manager),  to join the Front Office Leadership team.

About the role

As the  Assistant Manager (Duty Manager) , you will be assisting the management of the day-to-day operation of Front Office, Telephones, Portering and Night Audit
functions. Ensuring that service standards are maintained in these areas.

Qualifications

Qualifications

·  Proficiency in Opera or Opera Cloud PMS
·  Experience in similar role would be beneficial
·  Approachable, accommodating, and upbeat! You enjoy working in a team environment and helping others.
·  You will be able to multitask and use your outstanding time management abilities to adhere to tight schedules while performing duties in a fast-paced setting.
·  An individual who values quality, presentation and has an eye for detail. You'll put all of your effort into giving our guests an unforgettable experience!
