Job Description

· 
·  Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets. 
·  Identify and pursue new business opportunities through marketing, networking, and referrals. 
·  Manage and grow existing client accounts. 
·  Respond to catering inquiries and provide quotes in a timely manner. 
·  Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients. 
·  ollaborate with culinary and operations teams to create customized menus and ensure high-quality food and service. 
·  Coordinate all aspects of catering events, including venue logistics, staffing, and equipment. 
·  Work closely with other departments (e.g., banquets, F&B) to ensure seamless event execution. 
·  Conduct site visits and tastings with clients. 

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
