Job Description

·  Responsible for representing the General Manager and Senior Managers in their absence
·  Supervise the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel’s day to day operation
·  Contribute to a high level of customer service for our guests
·  Embrace technology using Opera Cloud PMS System
·  Gain valuable real life experience and insights through

Qualifications

·  High level of professional spoken and written English
·  Valid LCQ certificate and a current holder of a Manager License issued with the local council
·  Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
·  Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations
·  Strong leadership presence and team management skills
