Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Front Office Manager to join our luxury hotel in Al Mairid Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the Front Desk and hotel communication teams, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

·  Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk and hotel communication teams, maintaining high standards of guest service
·  Act as a leader on the floor, greeting guests, addressing concerns professionally, and serving as Manager on Duty when required
·  Conduct regular walkthroughs of the lobby and public spaces to ensure a consistently polished, luxury presentation
·  Collaborate with Bell, Valet, and Concierge teams to create a unified and welcoming arrival experience
·  Support the scheduling, training, and mentoring of front office staff
·  Foster an engaging team environment by recognizing success and offering constructive feedback
·  Monitor and analyze guest feedback to enhance service strategies and overall satisfaction
·  Maintain close collaboration with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams for a cohesive guest journey
·  Ensure compliance with all safety, emergency, and cash-handling protocols
·  Respond promptly to internal and guest inquiries via various communication channels

Qualifications

·  Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in front office or rooms division operations, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
·  Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting
·  Experience with Opera PMS and guest engagement platforms
·  Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
·  Passion for luxury hospitality, team development, and creating memorable guest experiences
·  Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
·  Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
·  Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and property management systems
·  Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
·  Knowledge of local culture and customs in the United Arab Emirates
·  Experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting
·  Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
·  Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment
·  Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
