Job description

Key tasks

- Reports directly to the Front Office Manager.
- Responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in the overall day to day Front Office Operations.
- To lead as an example in terms of appearance, attitude, equity and professionalism and embodying the brand mindset.
- Ensures that guests' stay at the hotel runs smoothly, helping to provide guest satisfaction at all times.
- Manages and motivates Front Office teams in line with the brand's recommended behavioral guidelines, in order to provide personalised high quality guest services.
- Helps the department meet its targets and maintain cost according to budget guidelines.
- Helps increase hotel revenue through his/her sales efforts.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the Management as deemed necessary, relevant, and related in the course of work.

Essential and optional requirements

- Malaysian Citizen
- Preferably has 3-5 years working experience in a similar position in the hotel industry
- Vocational diploma or degree and/or anyone eager to work in the sector regardless of their educational background, pending validation of their skills and motivation
- Experience in customer-service position and team management
- Fluent in both oral and written English and Bahasa Melayu
