Job description
Key tasks
To be responsible for overall operations of the All Day Dining Restaurant.
Monitors service flow in the restaurant and gives coach when necessary.
Be familiar with changes and trends in the market to coordinate with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
Participates in the planning of menus & beverage lists.
Attention to food and services guest complaints, and take effective measures immediately to solve problems.
Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property & facilities.
Responsible for talent training and development.
Works with DOFB in the preparation and management of the department’s budget.

Essential and optional requirements
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
At least 5 years F&B working experience in international 5 star hotels,1 year working experience at same position in luxury brand hotel.
Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects , service techniques, and guest interaction.
Strong communication skills with excellent team-work spirit and leadership skills.
