Job Description

What will you be doing?

·  Managing accounts receivable processes with precision and efficiency.
·  Processing guest payments and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
·  Collaborating with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies and guest inquiries.
·  Conducting regular audits to uphold financial integrity and compliance.
·  Assisting in month-end closing procedures and reporting.

Qualifications

Your Skills and experience include: 

·  Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounts receivable function
·  Excellent internal & external communication skills 
·  Experience with Opera Cloud PMS
·  Relevant Qualifications and a minimum of 1 Year(s) experience in a similar role
·  Strong understanding of accounting principles and frameworks
·  Understanding and appreciation of Hotel Portfolio arrangements
